A professional speaker on Generational Diversity, she helps turn generational differences into dividends @work and @home. She has 37 years in media and education, having worked in advertising, public relations, documentary film making, teaching and feature journalism.

Neerja speaks and consults on Working with GenZ; Leading with Social Impact and Suicide Prevention & Destigmatization. When not busy advocating generational teaming, assertive listening and audacious ageing, Neerja plays golf, does inter-city cycling and swims, a kilometre at a time.
